Located in the heart of SoHo, the new International ClimaTech Center is the second phase of Margalit Startup City NYC, as the International Cyber Center was launched in 2020, in partnership with the City of New York, Columbia University, Cornell, CUNY, NYU, and the EDC. The Center has 35 scale-up companies and has become one of the most vibrant Cyber Security Centers on the East Coast.
The Center follows JVP’s investment strategy of creating vibrant innovation ecosystems in different regions in cooperation with global companies.

Margalit Startup City New York has become a home for local artisans and entrepreneurs from the resilient and inspiring SoHo community gathered as a part of New York City’s recovery. Only by supporting one another can we better today’s reality, revitalize business, and create opportunities. At our New York Center, we host an art fair, a food festival, and an exhibition of posters outside the building and on its 3 floors. Gathering with tech, social and cultural entrepreneurs becomes an exciting routine, together with the café and the Bakery, the innovators, and members of the community, featuring the work of the innovative artists who turned the streets of Soho into expressions of artful protest and social change.

The New York City International Cyber-Climate Center is located in the heart of Manhattan’s SoHo, in a historic 19th- century building designed by award-winning Apple architect Peter Bohlin. The building has 3 floors of offices, co-working spaces, a restaurant and café.
